Hi everyone! I'm a senior at Ole Miss, finishing up my B.A. degree then hopefully I'll be headed off to grad school. I'm a small girl without any real weight to lose, but I am hoping to get into a 5 day a week workout routine and healthy eating plan by spring break. I have the usual hectic schedule and part-time job like most college students that seem to make being healthy all the more challenging, but I also have a few medical problems to contend with as well: chronic migraines, GERD, IBS, and sleep problems. These problems limit what I can eat and sometimes if I'm able to work out on a particular day (migraines). But I know that if I can get myself on a healthy routine of eating right, exercising, and getting hopefully 7 hours of sleep (highly unlikely lol), it will greatly help alleviate some of the stress and symptoms of my medical problems. I'm hoping that I can get some advice on how to get into and stick to a healthy routine now so my life will be that much less stressful after graduation.
