Hiya.

I'm on here to reach my goal of losing 175 pounds, almost 1/2 my current size. I am a widow and was given a new lease on life. I really want to stay motivated to lose the weight I need to.

I challenge myself...

To lose 2 pounds a week.

To sleep a full 8 hrs uninterrupted each night.

To go easy this holiday season and eat within my calorie range. I will have treats in moderation only.

To learn something new everyday.

To make time for myself.

To read a book that I want to.

To pay it forward to someone special in my life.

To strength my bond with God and tithe regularly.
