Hi TINKER112 and welcome.

Take it slow and easy - you can do it!

I'm farily new at KETO myself (about 9 or 10 weeks). At one point I fell off the plan for a full week. Just recently it was only a day and a half...... The important thing is to just stick with it. You will most definitely notice the difference in yourself very quickly.

You have come to the right place. Our team leaders will fully support you, answer ANY questions you may have and keep you current on keto info.

My first few months were up and down. I was doing really well, loosing weight, and then, I thought well just one chocolate bar.

You can guess where that went. Not a total disaster, but the weight loss just halted. It took a number of months for me to clean up what I was eating, to stop mentally thinking about foods I was no longer eating.

So relax. Just get back on plan.

I tried Keto and lost 17 pounds within a few month...this past weekend was horrible with eating bread and having spaghetti with the pasta....shame on me.....back to a good start today and will stick with it this time. Hoping I can get back into ketosis quickly emoticon

Change is good!!!!
