its not easy at first...at least for me it wasn't. def be careful b/c information overloaded can happen. just don't think so hard on it b/c it really is much easier than it seems. i just started my true second go round this last week and i did have one really bad headache day...horrible but feeling much better and staying on track. my downfall in trying before was doing so good all week but then throwing it all out the window over the weekend with carb overloads. def not worth it. just remember that there are so many keto approved meals/treats that can get you through those times. keto pizza and fat bombs have saved me this weekend. hope it all works out for you. good luck!

Thank you Nightskystar. Day 1 done - I was surprised I was't very hungry. I do need to find a way to get more fiber into my diet though.

MSAUNTYD1....I didnt prepare at all. just woke up one day said ok its now or never. decided i'd do it for 3 weeks, till thanksgiving. thanksgiving came and i found ways to make everything keto..and i've never looked back..134 pounds later...here i am, still ketoing...
i've been eating this way since October 29, 2016. a year and a half. and never felt deprived or hungry. been the best thing i ever did..

Hi Kelly and WELCOME!!! Good job in getting all that information to prepare!!! I wish you the best of luck, and i'm betting you are going to rock this!!
first 3 days...eat plenty. If you are hungry have a piece of bacon. or a piece of cheese! For me it took 3 days to get the craving for sugar gone..but i knew if i could just get through those 3 days i would be fine..and i was!!
post if you need support..you will do this...we've got your back!!

Hello everyone!
My name is Kelly and I am new to Keto and have been finding as much information as I can about it. Thank you for sharing your stories and information - it is very helpful and inspirational. This is my Day 1 and I have to say I am excited and nervous to start the journey. Wish me luck and if you have any advice regarding your experience of what the first three days of Keto is like I would love to hear it.
