just watch the protein...around 50-60 grams a day for keto.

Welcome to the team.

You are right. Low carb is paying attention to carbs and eating a lot less than most folks do, so say 80 grams a day rather than 300. Dr. Atkins (of the Atkins diet) had people eat at Keto levels during "induction" and then slowly ramp carbs up later on, to ones personal tolerance. So more like 20 grams a day. I personally am around 30.

Keto just never ramps the carbs back up. So its like being on Atkins induction. Pretty much anyway, I'm sure there are differences if I look more carefully.

I'm sure this WOE will get you to you goal, or close to it.

I have just started this WOE I have done low carb before so it is not much different form what I see. My goals are starting weight 222 goal weight is 130 to 140 Nice to meet you all,
