celebrate every victory, no matter how small we think they are. As James said, you made it through the tough time. I find that almost any craving can be alleviated by eating more fat. I still have times of "that sounds good..." kind of thinking, but not true cravings anymore. They were nearly gone after about 2 weeks or so. And after a month I couldn't even remember having them anymore. Keep it up. My best advice (and what I will be following) is plan a head a bit, ask questions about ingredients, and have a back up if needed. That way I don't let myself think "i didn't have any options but eat the sugar coated grains and sugar." Because I would just feel yuck! You can do it! Visit and ask questions as you need!

Wonderful,
in my way of thinking, the hardest part is over, the very toughest of the carb "addiction".

You'll feel better with each passing day, and you'll find that carbs have less and less pull on you. I found that I still have snacks, they are just different, like some nice cheese.

James

I am so excited. One week in and I AM DOWN 5 POUNDS! I get that it is probably water weight but other than about 2 days of Keto flu aches, I have felt great. Now I just need to make it through the holidays.

Believe it... Be it...

I just started the Keto plan on Friday (12/8/2017). So far so good. I am pre-diabetic and have PSOC and hypothyroidism. I am really hopeful that staying on the plan will help with each of these conditions. I am really thankful for all the tips the team members are providing.
