Hi Everyone!
I'm new to Keto. I've been reading all the positive outcomes the last few months, and decided to give it a try. I have been eating low carb/low fat for a while, just not eating "white stuff", but I do eat a lot of fruits. So starting now, I will stock up on berries and count my carbs carefully.

You made me think of an analogy in my life. In grade 7 I got an A in mathematics, and I wasn't trying, in fact overall I wasn't a very good student. I thought hmmm ... I'm good at math, and I like it. What will happen if I actually try?

I feel like Keto is the same. With purpose and just a little effort great things can happen.

Hi and WELCOME!!! we are here to support you!! i'm down 70 since the first of november...nothing has EVER worked for me before nor was i able to stick to anything for more than 6 months-it was just too discouraging...
I dont know how you do it vegetarian..not vegan, right? but i'm sure you will figure it out!! you can do it!!

I'm new to keto (kind of - have followed low carb over the years and have been in ketosis but have not purposely stayed in ketosis longer term). 2 weeks ago I started low carb again and realized that I'm in ketosis anyways and started looking into the keto 'diet' further. I've lost 15 pounds so far in that two weeks (combination of working really hard on food and getting my body moving after being pretty sedentary). So I'm really excited and really motivated! I am still in a learning phase. On top of this I am a new vegetarian (as of 3 months ago) so I've got some learning curves ahead of me!
