My name is Sandy and I am a carbaholic. This is Day 5 of Keto and I am doing great at keeping low carb and it really surprised me. The fat seems to satisfy that craving and I have lost 4 pounds this week but I know that is probably water weight but I am going to keep going and see how I feel.
