I am on the keto diet too. Although I have been eating higher protein than recommended I am still getting results. I make sure to eat my body weight in protein in fear of loosing my hard earned muscle while leaning out. I have lost 21 pounds since January. I usually limit my carbs to 20 net or less per day. I also do a high carb/refeed day once a week on leg day where I work out legs for 90 minutes. Coffee is one of my favorite things but I am now cutting back to 3 cups a day so I can get in more water.

Welcome. Last year I was drinking too much coffee. In the last few months it has been a more reasonable 3 cups a day, pretty much just in the morning.

Hello everyone,

My name is Sarah. I did keto about two years ago now, and had really good results (dropped a pants size and had my 'old' flat stomach back) then we moved and I fell out of the habit/eating style. I've been eating fairly close to keto recently, lower carbs high fat but am finally to the point I want to see those results and feel that good again. So I joined spark again (after several years) and am looking to really get back on track this way of eating again.

I am so happy to see that spark has a keto team, I'm really excited to be able to 'talk' with others who are fallowing this 'diet'.
