I do the 5% challenge where you are challenged to lose 5% of your weight in 8 weeks time. I did the summer one and did well... so I have signed up for the fall session which, as I said, starts Sat. If that is something you are interested in... it's not too late to join. This time I joined, and am one of the leaders, of the Walkers, Jogger, Runners, and Gadgeteers or WJRG. Its focus is more on the exercise which I am wanting to stress this time. Last time I was a butterfly. There are all types of diets and exercise levels. It's good motivation if that is something you feel would help.

Hi there, SIMCYN! Thanks for the reply so quickly. I am glad to talk to another human being who is doing keto. I guess, I just want to check in every day and see how the team is doing and post how I am doing and that should keep me accountable. What is the new challenge you will be doing, or the current challenge that you are tightening your keto belt for?

Welcome Tammy, there is a lot of good info and people on this board. What can we do to keep you accountable? Perhaps we can go both ways. I am starting another challenge Sat and so I am tightening my keto belt. I want to make it a good one.
