Hi :-)!

That is awesome! Good for you girl. Having things like that to look forward to must be so motivating!

I have also been sticking to my clean eating since the year started. This last week was a little rough patch for me as far as feeling focused and motivated but it didn't push me off my clean eating or my workouts just one of those roller coaster of emotions type of time that makes you question everything.... Thankfully I am feeling better and only added back 2lbs... I decided to call January my "warm up" month. But this year I want to put on another 6-10 pounds of muscle while continuing to shrink my belly (my problem area).

Kyra will be coming up with some challenges for us here next month! So that should get us all moving along with our goals a little quicker :-)!

Hey, ladies!! So glad we're all in this group together =) I'm just curious, where are you all in terms of your goals for 2013? Have you started your goals? Are you on your way to accomplishing them? Did you accomplish them?

My goals for 2013 are to eat cleaner more frequently (which I've done nearly 100% since the start of the new year), to continue increasing the amount of weight I can lift (I'm trying to gain lots of muscle!!) and to complete at least two fitness/athletic competitions. The hubby and I are signing up for two Warrior Dash's, which will be new to me since I've never even completed a 5k! However, I feel completely confident that I can do them and I'm in the best shape I've ever been. 2013 will be one to remember!! So, how about you? =)
