emoticon emoticon emoticon trying myself to keep the progress going and have slacked off a little bit myself so bought a new tracker (Misfit Shine 2) an it has been a great reminder to at least move and not sit all day especially when I'm at work or at home on the weekend emoticon emoticon

Hello, Classmates. I joined way back when, like the rest of you, and slacked off for a while. Last week or so, I decided that I need to get serious, so I've been getting onto the site every day. The tracking really helps.

About me: I am a Catholic priest in Texas. I walk regularly and enjoy bicycling, too.

I did challenge myself with the One-Mile Walk Test last night, and I'm proud to say that I was well in the "Average" range. That's not bad for a nearly-52-year-old man who isn't exactly an exercise hound!

I'm hoping to lose weight and improve my all-around fitness.
