Hi Everyone,
I will use this 28 day challenge to support my need for consistency with fitness, water consumption, and staying within my SparkPeople calorie range. My goal is to lose 14 additional pounds by October 2013. Started 169 lbs., current weight 162 lbs., goal weight148 lbs.
