Hi Everyone,
My name is Lea and Im 50 this year. In the past i have been very neglectful and have gain a considerable amount of wieght. It is now time to do something about it before it ruins my life. Not only am I fat and unfit Im also unhappy and depressed with myself. Two of my children are getting married this year and my aim is to loose 20kg before December. I work shift work so i need help to stay motivated. I can walk and ride my bike, go to the gym but im not a very good swimmer. Would someone please help me regain my old self.
