Hi all my name is Sharon and I have been doing this for 8 days with a weight loss of 2 and 1/2 pounds this week. A good start I think. Looking to hear from people who have a lot to loose and may have trouble with heavy duty exercising. Looking for new ways to exercise that don't kill my back, neck and knee. If you have any suggestions please share. I have been doing the steps (one step for three minutes a day) and ball exercises...just two simple ones and now going to add stretching with a band. There are some days that I can not walk so walking or running for me is not the best option. Have a great day!!!
