Hi, I am Barbara / lllamalady. I am renewing my fitness plan for the year. I used to be skinny and could eat anything. I have a big sweet tooth and love my homemade bread! Since I hit 40 yrs old I have slowly gained weight. I used to weigh 135, consistently. My high was 195 and I lost weight at the gym to 152. Then the gym closed and I have slowly put the weight back on up to my current 177. I want to get down around 140 - 145 and stay there. I got a nice treadmill for Christmas and want to keep using it. So far, so good, but the year is young! I can only seem to lose weight if I count every calorie, so I am checking out spark people as a way to do that. The initial problem I see is that I make alot of baked goods and don't know how to figure accurate calorie counts for them. So far, just finding another product that is close. Any ideas from bakers out there is appreciated!
