I am so glad to join in with you great people. I started at 218 pounds two years ago and hot down to 184 but started going up this past fall to 194 so I needed to start the new me in 2013. I am now at 188 so I want to get to 130 by August of this year. I am going to Maine and want my family to see the new me. I live in Iowa with my husband and my dog. I get to see family in Maine foreign week every year in August.
