Hi, I'm Kim - a 30-something married mom of 2 from Southern NJ who has already lost over 60 lbs, but still have about 50 to go before I hit my goal! Once I got below 200 lbs for the first time in my adult life, I treated myself and became a Licensed Zumba Instructor. I am pleased with myself but still have a ways to go! I have gotten to a point in my life where its time for me to begin toning the flab LOL.

I enjoy crock pot cooking, and am always looking for healthy recipes that I can make and share with my family. I'm always looking for encouragement from others and fitness friends!
