Hi my name is becky, im 24, im new to spark people. I have 4 children total 2 of my own (3,9) and 2 step (7,10). I got married in july but have been with my husband for 7 years now. My ultimate goal is to just be healthier but would love to lose about 40lbs. I am 24 weigh 188.25 right now this is the heaviest i have ever been even while pregnant. I work full time mid-8am as a cna on a long term psych unit. I have already had problems with cholesterol and my thyroid and am predisposed to diabetes.
