I am a mom of 10, my oldest is 20, my youngest is 4 months. I need to loose 100 pounds and get my blood pressure and cholesterol under control, however i have a bad habit of neglecting myself, my needs. My mother passed in 2002, and she was my best friend. I have had increasingly more episodes with depression and social anxiety, and food seems to be my comfort. I have no close friends or family, besides my own children. I figured i would give this site a try. I really think if i improve my physical image, i will feel much better about myself, then i will have more confidence and start enjoying activities again that i used to enjoy. I am very tired and want to improve my health so i can have more energy to do things with my children as well. I hope i can achieve my goals with the support of other people to encourage me when i fall down. Thank you for reading my intro and hope you have a Blessed New Year!
