Hi BIGMUR2,

I was having trouble getting all my calories at first, then I read some articles like this one:
https://www.sparkpeople.com/resource/nutr
ition_articles.asp?id=1144
And found out it works better if I eat 5 times a day.
This article has a great list of snack ideas:

Hope this helps. emoticon

Been in this for a couple of weeks now. I am surprised at the motivation that the site provides. I find myself doing a check as to what my Spark trackings are going to look like, and pay WAY more attention to the nutrition attributes of everything that goes into my mouth. I've been walking at least five days a week at generally three miles a day. I can already see and feel the difference. I'm shooting to loose about sixty pounds in a year. Having trouble eating enough to cover what has been prescribed. Good luck and good exercising, eating etc. etc.
