I have a lot of friends that did the Tough Mudder around the nation today. Definitely going to be looking into that for myself next year. Looks like a great time! Best of luck to you on this journey!

This is a great website. If you'll come to it daily, get a minimum of 50 points along with tracking all your calories and 10 minutes of exercise a day, you should make progress. Let us know if you have questions and good luck!

Hi! My name's Becca and I've been yo-yoing since I was about 19 years old. I was thin in high school but because I was constantly told I was fat by my soccer coach and other people in the school, I believed it and didn't realize what I had. I have Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome, which makes it really hard to lose weight, but not impossible, and I'm really motivated to get this weight gone.

I'm hoping by next summer to run/walk Tough Mudder with my brother, so I'm needing to be at least 40 lbs down by then. I currently weigh 255 lbs, to lose 40 would put me at my wedding day weight of 215. I wish all of you the best of luck!
