I cannot say it any better than Joanna and Tema did!

Just know that we are here for you and this will take time! Do not give up, but give everything you have and it will go the way you want it to!

Hi Alley1bu,

Welcome to the team. It did not take you a few days to gain the weight and I am sure you have been told it won't come off that way either. It is not uncommon to gain a pound or two when you change your routine. There are several factors that can cause this including water retention and muscle.

Just follow a diet your doctor suggest and get moving. For me that is not hard to do. I move a lot but the lbs are not moving with me. I learned that I have to change up my routine often as my body gets use to the same ole same ole routine. I am just thankful I can move at all that I jumped right back into a routine of farm work. I am loosing a few pounds here and there but oh how I wish it was MORE.

Just stick around...get use to using the site and you will find great motivation within the members here.

Again welcome to the team....and good luck with your journey to a better health.

Joanna
