What part of South Africa are you from? I grew up in Swaziland, also lived in Pietermaritzburg for a couple of years.

Welcome back btw - I too did well previously then got sidetracked, and am just coming back "home" to Sparkpeople!

Hi all,

This is my second time around on Sparkpeople and excited to be back. Did well the previous time, but back for good.

Started the day off with exercise and feeling great. Set myself small realistic goals and taking it one day at a time.
