For some reason at about 2am the snack moster always hit me when I worked night shift. Here is a list of my top 10 snacks I try to have available to curb the urge to visit the vending machines.

10. Nutrition shake
9. Peanut butter & crackers
8. Dried fruit
7. Piece of fresh fruit
6. Yogurt
5. Fresh veggies
4. Granola bar
3. Water or diet soda
2. A piece of sugar free candy
1. A short (5 min) walk outside
