Hi Everyone! You might know me from the Sunday night SparkLive class (or some of the other classes). I'm an outgoing, enthusiastic, dedicated Sparker. I've lost 35 lbs since last summer and feeling good about myself now. My total weight loss from my highest weight is now 65 lbs. WOOHOO! Right now I'm lighter than I've been as an adult that I can recall, at least for the last ten and maybe 20 years.

I'm 43 and I am a mom of a 5 year old little boy. I live in NH.

I love to dance and hoop and take walks with my dog. I've recently learned to do barn dancing and contra dancing.. Yeah, really! ;) I love Contra Dancing! But the barn dancing was fun, too. I can hear Patty's comments in my head about that one. ;)

I like to Wiggle, Wiggle, Wiggle, Baby! :)

This is a lifestyle change to be healthy, not a diet and not a sprint to get there.. one day at a time, one pound at a time.. as long as it takes, starting again as often as possible.
