I'm sorry for your losses. That is an unbelievable amount of stress in such a short space of time.
Your a very strong person, to still be standing after all of that.
Your doing amazingly well with the weight loss. Your already half way to your end goal!
Food makes a bigger difference than exercise. You can keep losing, if you can organize a better way to eat.
Do you have anyone to help you shop? Are you completely out of commission right now?
I'm not in america, but here you can do a grocery shop online, and they will delivery everything for you.
You could buy prepared salads, and pre cut fruit and veggies. Precooked cold meats.
Maybe there are healither ranges of ready meals? Soups and stews.
The junk food spiral is horrible, it makes you feel like crap and then you eat more to try feel better. It just keeps on going.
I have been sucked in myself the last few weeks, and all you can do is to keep trying.
Once you don't give up, you will beat it in the end!
