Are you looking to Lose the Winter Weight? Then the BL Challenge just might be what your looking for. The focus of the challenge is to promote a healthy lifestyle through weekly Nutrition and Fitness Challenges, and to promote healthy weight loss and provide support and encouragement. The Challenge consists of ten teams and goes for ten weeks.

What I love about this challenge is the focus on developing healthy lifestyles. The weekly challenges focus on fitness and nutrition habits we all need to develop. Modifications are definitely encouraged for those who need them, we want everyone to join and feel welcome!
