Make sure you have fruits and veggies cut up! If your still hungry, grab them. Never feel starved. I have Apples, raisins, popcorn celery sticks, carrots, and bananas, etc. I got rid of sweets because if it is in the house I find it. I also have pretzel crisps and put peanut butter on each tiny piece. I also bag up measured nuts so I can grab one on the go.

Never feel deprived. Just keep eating healthy and in your calorie range. You can do it!

For some reason there are particular days when I am just more hungry. My body just seems to want more, whether it's because I've been eating less or for digestive needs, it's hard to stop when I am so unsatisfied. I also have days of greater sugar cravings which are hard to satisfy with substitute sweets like fruit. If I hang in there and don't do so bad with extra calories, it will eventually pass and I have no great regrets. If I slip a little I can get back on track pretty quickly.

Yesterday, was my devil day. Seem like I couldn't get enough food. Looking to re-direct this. Keep going this too should pass.

I am doing pretty well with the sweet tooth bit. I started a low carb and gluten free lifestyle. So far so good, but today I am sooooo unbelievably hungry. I have eaten an egg, 1/2 apple, 1 tbsp. almond butter, and ten nut thins crackers. I am looking for more, but without raiding my lunch box I am out of options - except for more nut thin!


Nothing ever changes if nothing ever changes.

I hope I can complete this challenge. Part of my problem is being inconsistent. I have trouble sticking to things, bu I have tracked every day for over 30 days, so maybe I can do this, too. I'm gonna try!
