I know what it is like to stay the same. I will lose a pound or two then gain that back then lose it again. I know I should exercise but it is something that is hard to do mentally. I really need to have this winter over so I can get back outside. My husband and I took a mid winter vacation to Gatlinburg Tennessee and we took one day and walked down town even though it was cold it felt so nice to be outside and not have snow to deal with. I can not wait to have the snow gone to be able to get outside and do things in my yard again.
I don't know if I will fit back into my wedding dress it is a size 9 and when I look at it I think oh my how tiny it is. I am a size 18 right now but I would be so happy to even just be able to put the dress on even if I can't zip it up it would be nice just to have it on.

This is the first time I have ever done anything like this. I have never been able to lose weight when I tried though for a long time I had leveled off and stayed the same. This past year I think I am entering "the change of life" and gained. I have been married for 16 years and would love to get back into my size 18 dress from the 22-24 I'm in now. If that works, who knows.
