sorry to hear that.. i too suffer with migraines and having a broken bone in my back only makes matters worse. i have two dogs that i can't walk often because the pain gets to be too much to bear. all i can tell you is to do what you can and take it one day at a time.

Your very welcome. Now its my turn, have an awful cold, find it difficult to do simple things because I just can't breath. Won't beat myself up though...patiently waiting so I can get back to routine lol. Hope you have a great week!

The way I have to look at things is that a little bit of something today is better than the nothing I did in the past. It may take a little longer, but it will happen. Stay positive and don't beat yourself up. Life happens to us all. Good luck!

with 25 pups and 30 dogs to care for i'm havin a hard time gettin this challenge done too... i did finally get week two started but yesterday was just a lost day with a migraine all day and regardless of how i feel the pups have to be cared for... i did walk for 20 minutes with some slidin in on the ice... and another 10 minutes later in the day... but havin a real hard time keepin on track... i have good intentions... i at least track my food every day and am up to 5 glasses of water... trying hard to get to 8... these headaches are really wearin me down... start botox injections tomorrow... hopin that helps...

A little progress is better than no progress. I seem to be doing a bit of the same thing....doing more than one workout in a day b/c I've skipped a day or two. But, I've decided that that is not enough to make me quit. I am going to keep at it, even tho I am always playing "catch up". You can do this! WE can do this!

It's a new dawn.... It's a new day.... It's a new life for me... And I'm feeling good... I will be overweight for a little bit longer ...but starting TODAY, I will be a little less overweight than I was yesterday! (Borrowed from another Sparkfriend)

My days are adding up that I have to catch up. The start of my first week was last wednesday, but my daughter became sick. I have paused on day 4. Tomorrow should be a normal day for me. My daughter is feeling much better and is going back to school. So I will have some time to myself to get my workouts in. I am doing pretty good with my food, but I know I can do a better job at tracking it. I am still working on my water consumption...making progress. Anyway, lets hope this is a more productive week for me! :)
