Twizzle - You DO have a busy life. That's all the more reason to avail yourself of the trackers here at SP to help you stay organized with your nutrition and fitness.

Remember that 3 10 minutes exercise sessions are JUST as effective as one 30 minutes one and try to squeeze that fitness in between family and work duties

I am tired just HEARING about your day !! emoticon
All I can say as far as finding time to exercise, you just have to make it a priority. Join a call so that there is a specific time to attend and consider joining with a friend so there's accountability to get there.

And then realize that some things may go undone during the day and you need to just be OK with that. Maybe your other family members can pitch in and do some tasks ... helping with meals or your mom's care.

Hello everyone. I am excited to start my journey to a better me. Have an incredible busy life style. Mother of 3. Two are still at home and one is married with a brand new baby girl. I work 50 hr weeks and spend the rest of my waking hours making care of my mother who is currently recovering from cancer surgery. I am having a hard time finding time to exercise. I always feel better after exercising but the day is gone before I know it. I would be up for suggestions. Good luck to all with your weight loss.
