Hi Charlotte! Motivation is an important ingredient on this journey! Being healthy is a GREAT goal. I love that you have short term goals. It helps you build momentum quickly because you get some fast success. Sorry about the break-up but just use that to spur you to being a BETTER you!

Hi I'm Charlotte I joined spakrpeople on Friday the reason being im useless at doing something without positive motivation and a way to keep myself on track .. I love it so far! I've got the app so I can keep it up when I'm not at my computer .. My main goals are to loose weight .. To be more healthy .. And a short term goal to be able to run/ jog for 30 minutes easily .. I started on Friday doing 10 mins a night jogging / running and today I've gone up to 15 :D .. I'm 17 a smoker and a really easy going person .. Ive recently gained quite a lot of weight due to the holidays and a horrible breakup coming at the same time ... SO if you've got any tips or ideas for me let me know .. And keep going everyone :)
