I am EC1313 and this is the first time I have used any type of program online. I have looked for something to help me lose weight and eat healthy. I can't afford to go to a gym and pay a trainer. I like the format so far to keep track of everything. It really helps guide me and keep me on track. I feel like I am starting slow and not sure of what to do.
My daughter and I are starting to walk 2 to 3 times a week. Look forward to the support of this group. Thanks in advance for your alls help.
