Great idea, I think I can get to five pounds this week, and then I'll try again for another 5 in week two. I have not added strength training yet, not sure why I'm procrastinating on that, but will try to do some today. Even a little is better than nothing. Your weight loss is a real motivator, keep it up!

Hi LEESKIO!

You can do this! Twenty pounds is reasonable. Tackle it as 4 five pound segments to give you a feeling of achievement and success a little quicker. It will give you momentum.

Keep up the great work!

Hi, I'm a 42 year old Mom of two boys. Just trying to take off 20 lbs. before summer. Glad I recently found sparkpeople, it seems great so far although I do have a few things to still figure out. How often is everyone weighing in? Keep up the good work everyone.
