Hi Marceeann! Breaking bad habits is the first big step to gaining control of our health and fitness. Emotional eating is common here so just try to find new ways to deal with your emotions. Pick up a new hobby or revisit and old one. You CAN do this!

Hello, I am Marceeann and I want to break bad habits such as grazing and emotional eating and develop goo d nutritionhabits. I'd like to lose about 15 pounds in the process!
