I'm pretty fired up right now but I know down the road, not too long in the future I'll need help on idea. I was thinking this morning, I have "events" coming up starting in May and I really want to drop some pounds by then. I've been on this yoyo up and down my entire life. I hope this time it will be gradual and not based soley on "just loosing weight". Thanks again,

Hello, this is a new day in my life. I've read sparkpeople blogs with much encouragment. Today I want to join the fight with so many others to obtain a healthier self, most physically, mentally and emotionally. Most of you understand the trail of this endeavor.
