I can totally relate...Seems I have been dieting non-stop off and on for a year now and it's horrible. I get motivated one day and go for it full force, then a few days later I'm exhausted and can only think of sleeping and everything I shouldn't be wanting to eat. I'm definitely a stress eater and am trying so hard to get into the small meals as opposed to one huge meal and endless late night snack attacks. I'm also trying to get rid of 170 lbs. I figured out if I do it slowly and lost 10lbs per month I'd be at my goal weight in 1 1/2 years. This should be a positive thing but for some reason the 1 1/2 year thing seems like forever. It's so much harder when you have nobody to talk to on a regular basis to cheer you on or let you know your not a complete failure if you mess up...and encourages you to give it another try. It would be great to meet, chat, email, or whatever means is preferred to cheer each other on to make our goal to be healthy a reality. I'm game if you are... :) We can do this! We all can it's just finding the support that's hard.

With your kids, you certainly have five great motivators to change around to a healthy lifestyle :o)

Most diets are not sustainable. You lose weight quickly, but gain it back as soon as you stop the program. The system here is to eat sensibly and exercise. And the tools are here to help you track your food, your exercise ... and also provide you with videos and work-out plans.

Really, it's amazing this is all free !!

I start a diet and it lasts about two weeks then I give up. I need help. I can't afford weight watchers or a gym. I need to lose 170 pounds. I have 5 kids and I want to live. I work third shift. My kids are ages 2 TO 20. I don't talk to anyone about my weight because its rally sad that I let myself get to this point. I'm a single mom and I should set a better example for my kids. Especially my daughters.
