Tabitha - How smart of you to do something while you are young! Just take a small bite at a time - meaning set a small goal first (5 - 10 pounds) then that will give you a feeling of accomplishment!

My name is Tabitha and I am a 25 year old stay at home mom to 2 beautiful little boys! I am currently 225lbs on 5'4 frame, my goal is to be 145lbs by next Valentines Day. I am severely depressed about what I look like to the point where I have become afraid to leave the house. I am so unhappy, and I am afraid to look in the mirror. I want to be happy and active for my children.
