Welcome back and wishing you much success in reaching your goals !!

I find that things that have helped me most here at Spark are tracking my food and exercise and measuring portions. (Think about picking up a set of inexpensive measuring spoons.)

I'm not new to spark, but starting over due to drama. Trying to get lose weight and get healthy. Good as any place to start. Any help or advice is always greatly appreciated. Going through/dealing with a few things like PCOS and Degenerative Disc Disease.
