Welcome ... and you CAN do this !!!
Think about changing one habit at a time.
Maybe begin by tracking your food. I find the tracker here on Spark to be a great tool.

Hi! Snacking and emotional eating are common problems. I used to be a BAD emotional eater (and it didn't matter if it was a good emotion or bad one). I would eat if excited about good things and eat if I was stressed over bad things. I have had to retrain my brain to choose OTHER activities besides eating.

You might try picking up a hobby or revisiting one you have had before to help you occupy your mind/time/hands in those periods of temptation!

I have huge issues with snacking and I am an emotional eater so with my life these days that makes it hard. I am also looking for buddies to join with me to help stay focused. I have 60 pounds to lose.

Hi Everyone,

I have a lot to go, and to be honest this will be a hard journey for me. I find it hard to meal plan, and tend to eat junk food way to much.

I am tired of avoiding mirrors and cameras. I miss the confidence I used to have, and really want that back.

These first two weeks - really going to focus on the fast break goals. If I can make those, maybe I can make it!

Looking for buddies to help keep me accountable and pester me along the way. I tend to login with good intentions, only to not login for weeks and then be disappointed. Really want to gain energy and find time to make this happen.
