My name is Sam and I have recently joined Sparkpeople in order to lose some of the weight in which I have gained in the last year. I am hoping that by keeping track of my nutrition and exercise it will help motivate me to lose 5 kilos which is my goal. I am also looking gain some muscle as well as burning fat so if anyone has some good advice I would welcome any advice offered.
