Hi there, I have been a member since last friday. tracking and exercise keeps me motivated most of the times. reading and touching base with all of you helps me to know that I am not alone. good luck to all trying to remember it is a lifestyle change not a diet.

I will succeed,It may take some time but I will get there

Hi there welcome to the team, I've been a member to SP just over a week now and it's really helped me get on the right track. Although I lost quite a bit of weight before joining I lost my way and this site has certainly helped me get back on track. I'm 39 single mum with 2 little ones still at home though they have just statred school and pre-school so freeing up a little time during the week for me to do some extra exercise. I still have 42lbs to lose, to reach my goal so I can run a marathon!!!! Feel free to add me as a friend, remember YOU CAN DO IT x Fran x

Hello all!!

First day on SP so I'd like to introduce myself. I'm Lo, I'm 29 years old, female, single and I work as a physician assistant. Currently living in NJ (close to nyc). I'm looking to lose 24lbs and shape up so that I feel better about myself and can live a healthier lifestyle!

Anyone looking for a buddy in a similar situation, let me know! I'm always interested in developing my support system :-)
