1) Track all your food at least 5 days a week.
Yes so far today.

2) Go to sleep at 11pm (unless it's a holiday or the weekend).
11:30pm.

3) Drink at least 6 cups of water a day.
Nothing yet so far today.

4) Do at least 15 minutes of fitness (outside of dog walks and walks to the bus) 5 days a week. Any 5 days.
Yesterday yes, probably today at lunch.

I'm trying, lol! It's tough during the holidays! emoticon

Yep today and yesterday.

2) Go to sleep at 11pm (unless it's a holiday or the weekend).
Yesterday even earlier..

3) Drink at least 6 cups of water a day.
This is the only one messing me up! I never get in the six.

4) Do at least 15 minutes of fitness (outside of dog walks and walks to the bus) 5 days a week. Any 5 days.
Yes yesterday and yes today!

I was barely on this weekend so no but today I have myself done up until dinner.

2) Go to sleep at 11pm (unless it's a holiday or the weekend).
A little after that but pretty much.

3) Drink at least 6 cups of water a day.
Made 5 yesterday, haven't gotten any in currently.

4) Do at least 15 minutes of fitness (outside of dog walks and walks to the bus) 5 days a week. Any 5 days.
Yesterday yes, not so far today. Probably when I get home though.

I didn't track dinner because we got home later than usual and had McDonalds. emoticon Needless to say, I went over. I just didn't care to see the number at that point, lol!

2) Go to sleep at 11pm (unless it's a holiday or the weekend).
12 again.

3) Drink at least 6 cups of water a day.
Made 3.

4) Do at least 15 minutes of fitness (outside of dog walks and walks to the bus) 5 days a week. Any 5 days.
Yesterday yes, not today. Had a meeting at Central. Those meetings always throw off my time.

I did this as best as I could yesterday and have tracked everything up to right now.

2) Go to sleep at 11pm (unless it's a holiday or the weekend).
11:20pm last night, lol.

3) Drink at least 6 cups of water a day.
Only made 2 yesterday. Gonna try to do better today.

4) Do at least 15 minutes of fitness (outside of dog walks and walks to the bus) 5 days a week. Any 5 days.
Yesterday yes but not this morning unless you count scrubbing and washing and air drying Tucker's bed. He peed in it overnight, poor guy. But that also killed all my extra morning time before work.

Spent Sunday travelling so didnt get any real workout in...other thanplaying the pool with Grace. So 5 out of 6 days so far....

I attempted this over the weekend although it's hard to measure stuff when you order out. emoticon

Not Saturday night but the other few nights over the week and weekend, yes.

I've been sporadic about it but have been drinking more water than I was before.

I'm going to try to update here regularly to keep me motivated on track. I just hope it works.

1) Track all your food at least 5 days a week.
I did this yesterday and came out 100 calories over. Strangely enough, though, I think that's pretty good compared to the last two weeks, lol!

2) Go to sleep at 11pm (unless it's a holiday or the weekend).
Yep, actually did this and actually knocked out immediately, yay!

3) Drink at least 6 cups of water a day.
I didn't get this in yesterday but I'm working on it currently today. Down two cups right now.

4) Do at least 15 minutes of fitness (outside of dog walks and walks to the bus) 5 days a week. Any 5 days.
Yeah, this morning. I don't have a lot of time in the mornings anymore because of Tuck but I managed to fit in a 20 min workout and it killed me D-E-D.

31 days of exercise is my commitment is my December goal! Today ran 3 miles, 40 min elliptical and 35 min walking.

I made my own "25 Days Until Christmas" calendar! I am going to write down all my goals for each day that I want to accomplish, I am going to put down events and get togethers, my workouts for the day, and anything else to help keep me on track!

I did horrible in November and I feel it, and it shows. I just want to make sure I get back into measuring out my food and tracking it, and also getting in a decent workout!

I want to end 2011 awesomely!!
