My November Goals!

Track Food
Run 5 times a week
Get outside whenever possible
ST 5 times a week

1. work on my water too! I am usually good at getting my 8 cups in but I keep fluctuating between 6 cups and 8 cups. So gotta keep working on those 8 cups!!

2. I want to stick with this p90x program and I think the fact that there is a bunch of us doing it I will definitely stick it out to the end!

3. This is not so much a health wise personal goal, but I dont really hang out with my girlfriends that often so i want to try and go out with my girls as much as possible! And the fact that when we usually go out its to a lounge kind of place or a bar/club, I want to look good when I go out! So that will definitely keep me motivated and make me stick with my workout program!

4. And last but not least, track all my food as well as get in more veggies! Havent been eating my veggies as much as I should!

So since it's a new month maybe we can post our goals and what we hope to accomplish this month! Sure, we want to try to drop four pounds for November but what personal goals do we want to accomplish as well??

I want to get back on the water!

I also plan on working out at least 30 minutes a day. I'm currently doing P90x with a few friends so this should be an easy goal unless I want to let myself and everyone else down which I don't!

I also plan on sticking to my nutrition and tracking everything failthfully!
