What is your assessment of your Oct goals? How will Nov differ?

i'm pretty happy with my cardio.. the weather was on my side.. i love fall and added some biking and continued with yoga... so i'm happy..

for nov, i'm going to continue with 60 a day cardio and stretching for my back

My Goals:

goal 1 --exercise 2 days a week in 2014

Great goals everyone!

My main goal right now is to take baby steps so I dont fall off the wagon.

I am trying to get in some form of workout a day, whether it be walking or doing one of my workout dvds.

My next goal that I have been working on this week is getting in my 8 cups of water a day.

And starting next week I am going to start doing my best to track my food as well!

I wanted to lose a pound by the halloween party but right if not I wont be mad, as long as I am getting back into my workouts and eating right I will be happy!

T0 lose at least 7lbs and to limit the amount of left over halloween candy I have. I will give most of it to my skinny husband

Zo I am the same way. I get my cardio in everyday but ST is always a struggle... Guess we need to come up with some ways to motivate us to get our ST in.

Start living now. Stop saving the good china for that special occasion. Stop withholding your love until that special person materializes. Every day you are alive is a special occasion. Every minute, every breath, is a gift from God.

At least 15 mins of cardio/ST 5x a week
Track all my food as best as I can
At least 4 cups of water a day

I'm trying to start small again to get my motivation and to get myself back to a safe, familiar place.
