I'm not doing too bad with my goals.

1. Work out at least 5 times a week for 30 mins each. I didn't really work out this weekend but once the workweek starts up again, I'm back on it. So I worked Saturday, only had Sunday off (in which we ran errands) and now that it's Monday I got my workout in this morning.

2. Try to eat better. Yep. Bf made his chicken veggie soup yesterday so guess what I'll be eating all this week?? Heck yeah!

3. Enjoy Autumn at least once a day. I did this morning. Got my leather jacket, went outside for the walk to work and just looked around the neighborhood during the walk. Once the neighbors start putting up their Autumn/Halloween decorations outside, I'll enjoy it even more. I have an apt building so I won't be doing that to the house.

4. Try to make 6 cups of water a day. I'm iffy with this one. I got in about 4 yesterday I would say.

Hey all, hope we're doing ok still!

1. Work out at least 5 times a week for 30 mins each. This weekend wasn't too bad. I worked out on Friday. Saturday I had to make my way out to PA but I managed to get a workout in with my mom which was sweet! And today I got some ST in so all in all, not too bad.

2. Try to eat better. Yep, since returning from vacation I've been doing a lot better.

3. Enjoy Autumn at least once a day. This one is a little bit tougher since I'm usually indoors but I have been bringing Autumn into my apt more which is nice.

4. Try to make 6 cups of water a day. Not yet today although yesterday I made more than I've made the last week combined, LOL!

Great idea Zo! Hope you all are working toward your goals...Let us know what you did this weekend to get you one step closer!

I followed my running plan and got two runs in this weekend. The eating wasn't great will have to worko on that..but I did make some better choices.

how are the goals going people? i just remembered i'm going to write this on a recipe card and paste to my bathroom mirror.. how's that sound? then i will see them at least 3 times a day.. more if i drink all my water, he heeee
