revisiting aug goals.. the leg lifts are coming along, the ST is sketchy and the 30 min a day is just OK, could up the cardio... impt to check in on these goals or i don't make them happen...

My Goals:

goal 1 --exercise 2 days a week in 2014

Keeping on keeping on. There are times when we are genuinely not able to keep to our 4-day thing, but I'm not going to look for reasons not to go to the gym when I could easily do so. I've put up the weights on the machines where I hadn't changed anything for some time. I've changed the cardio because on the rowing machine I was trying too hard - the gym used to have notices up colour-coding effort from green to red, and we are supposed to aim for somewhere in the orange zone. I felt I was getting into the red and couldn't seem to stop myself, so I'm doing some more on the other machines instead.

Think not. Do.

You can do it!

My August weekly goals
Water jogging 3x
Kettlebell workout 3x
Power walk and or elliptical daily
Daily bonus are ladders from a fellow sparker(trainer_t)
Start with 10 each and then 9, 8 etc
Jacks
Push ups
Mtn climbers
Burpees

Cindy
EST

I have a wedding on the 14th.. want to lose 5 by then

30 min cardio every day - no excuses

ST 2 times a wk

leg lifts 2 times a wk
