Hi there. I started at 363 in January and after losing just 10% of my weight I felt so much better. You can do this!

2016 I will hit the gym 6/7 days a week. I will eat more protein, fruits and veggies. I will really cut back on the carbs.

Hi my name is Tammy. New to spark people and the team.
I weigh over 350 pounds and being obese is very depressing. I am 42 and I have been obese most of my life. teenage years and adulthood. Right now my knees are swollen I can't hardly move. I have medical conditions associated with my obesity such as hypothyroidism, hypertension, sleep apnea I use a cpap machine occasionally, acid reflux, depression, and migraines. I hope if I can lose some weight I could reduce some medications, I don't expect miracles but hopefully by the end of the year I will weigh 20 or 25 pounds less.
