Chicam, have u tried strength training? Slowly but surely, it'll help tone up the arms for sure. I enjoy incline pushups on my bath tub ledge, tricep dips, and bicep curls and I generally try to keep my arms moving during my cardio exercise sessions as well!

I would suggest skin removal but most insurances will not pay for that unless you have your doctor give you a referral to a dermatologist who then would recommend excess skin removal surgery. They usually only do this if it is interfering with your daily life. But unless you pursue it you will never know. I wish you success.

Beth one of my goals is to wear short sleeve shirts. I have come along way. I was a size 4x and now I am a extra large. I am very proud of all that I have accomplished but I still have wide arms and I am very imbarrased of showing them. What exercise would you recomend for thinning of the arms? I am using kettle bell. Your help will be greatly appreciated on this. emoticon
